The 7th Grade Shop Exploratory class is offered to all 7th grade students. In the 12-week course, students will gain knowledge pertaining to drafting, measurement, and machine safety/maintenance. Also, students will learn how to fabricate and modify projects using metal, acrylic plastic, and wood. Power tools may be used in class. In order for a student to use power tools they must first pass a safety exam with 70% proficiency.
