• We all must login
Faculty login is your lastname.firstname and the password you used on the AUP form.
• Login is new to K-6 students this year- plan on teaching them to login and to navigate their network space.
- Student login is initials and birthdate (gc012802) and their password is their lunch pin number

WGSD uses a live editor Web page creator called School Center. Sign in using this link, and your login information is 'lastname.firstname' and the password you submitted when signing your permission forms (same as email).
You are responsible for maintaining your classroom page. Think Communication - of news, classroom events, curriculum, and learning.
The district Webmaster is Pat Weaver (918-4308) and each building has a webmaster who can help you as you work on your page. WGSD uses Outlook for eMail Access 
While you are in district the Outlook application is available as a shortcut on your desktop or in your programs list, and is fully functional as an email application, calendar, scheduling manager and much more.
- Your email address will always be in this format 'lastname.firstname@wgmail.org' and your password is the one you used when you signed your Permission form.
- Out of district you can access email using the web version of Outlook. (Use your district access login and password) The address for Web Access is https://mail.wgmail.org/owa

YOUR CLASSROOM EQUIPMENT
Teachers station includes laptop or desktop. All staff have access to building printers and copy machine. Some classrooms are equipped with LCD projectors and SmartBoard. Students have access to a building lab or a laptops depending on location. Other equipment (scanners, cameras...) varies between buildings, see your LMS for a complete picture of what is available. All equipment assigned to you is checked out to you through the library in your building.

Technology in the Curriculum |
Technology and Information Literacy in the curriculum in integrated across all areas, and is in the process of being revised.
• K-5 training will take place in September
• 6-8 revisions are being worked on this year
- 8 th grade students must take an assessment mandated by DESE
• 9-12 technology courses will be looked at and revised 2012-2013.
