5120 ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTING Credit: 1 unit Prerequisite: Passing grade in Algebra I Open to Grades: 9-12 Architectural Drafting will give students an introduction to architectural drafting and design practices used in industry today. The students will use the computer to draw the floor plan, elevations, and section views of a house they design. After designing and drawing the plans for their house, the students will build a frame model. This course will provide skills and information for students who may enter the architectural, engineering, or construction industries.
