1)  Q What will my child at Adventure Club Do?
A
Children arrive at Adventure Club and attendance is taken right away, staff makes daily announcements, children have snack, and outdoor recess. The remainder of the afternoon is committed to age-appropriate activities planned by staff or activities from Club Kits, or homework, and centers.

3)  Q How much do I owe?
A
Your monthly fees are set according to the number of days you chose to have your child attend. Refer back to the 2011/2012 Fee Schedule if you are confused on your monthly rate. If you need specific information on the amount please contact Sue French at 314-963-6440.
4)  Q How will I know my child has a space at Adventure Club?
A
If you are a family presently enrolled in the program, the main office will send you a postcard upon receipt of your registration form. New families and incoming kindergartners will receive a notification of their status after the established date for closed enrollment, letting you know if your child has a space or if they have been placed on a waiting list.
5)  Q How do I get my child in Adventure Club?
A
Depending on the time of year, some sites do have a waiting list. The best person to speak with is Sue French. She can give you more up to date information.
6)  Q How early and how late can my child stay at Adventure Club?
A
The morning session opens at 6:30am until school starts(school times vary). The after-school sessions starts when school ends(times vary) until 6pm.
7)  Q What is the minimum number of days my child can attend?
A
Three days a week is our minimum.
8)  Q Can I change the number of days my child attends?
A
Yes, you will need to notify the main office in writing, by email french.sue@wgmail.org or by fax (314)963-6404. Be sure to note the exact date the changes will take effect.
9)  Q Do you have to enroll for the entire year?
A
No, if you have to withdraw, we request that you give us a 2 week written notice. If your withdrawal is only for a short time, and you plan to return later during the school year, please let us know. If not your space may be given up to a family on the waiting list.
10)  Q What is the fee for Early Release Days?
A
If your child is enrolled in the program and a early release day falls on a day that they are scheduled to come there isn't an additional fee. Otherwise the fee is $18 per day and only if space is available.
11)  Q Is Adventure Club available for winter, spring and other no school days?
A
Adventure Club is closed during Winter Break, but er have a full week Spring Break program at one location TBA, and there are several days during the school year when school is closed and we are in session. We have an 8-9 week Summer Program at one location TBA. Separate registration is required for those special dates and is based on a first come first serve basis. Additional information regarding enrollment will be available at your school and online one month prior to the date. Summer program information is available in early March.
12)  Q Can I pay tuition at my school?
A
Under no circumstances can Adventure Club fees be paid at the school or left with staff. Tuition can be paid at the main office, The Walter Ambrose Family Center, 222 West Cedar St Louis Mo 63119, or by Automatic Debit Payment brought to Bristol can be dropped in the lock box outside of Sue French's office.
