Each unit of study for your student has a Family Letter that gives valuable information for you in regards to the content the unit covers. Your teacher will send a letter home at the beginning of each unit. You may also choose to download the unit Family Letter. The letters have a summary of the content, key vocabulary, books you can find at your local library, websites that may help in understanding concepts, and fun local places to visit that may help the whole family enjoy in learning about Social Studies.
