Welcome back! Hopefully you had a restful, fun winter break. We will begin second semester with the Child Development unit. In addition to learning about developmental milestones, students will have the opportunity to bring the Baby-Think-it- Over doll home for extra credit. Look for a permission slip the first week of January. |

We will be wrapping up our sewing unit within the next week to wee and half. There have already been some excellent hoodies turned in. We will be finishing the year with nutrition This unit will be based on the meal pattern; appetizers & snacks, yeast breads, salad, main course, soups, and dessert. We will also do a short research & preparation unit on world foods. |
