Remember the verb positions!
1) The verb always goes in the second position, except when forming questions.
2) When forming questions, the verb takes the first position!
1) z.B. Ich 'spiele' gern Fußball.
Am Abend 'lese' ich gern.
2) z.B. Spielst du gern Basketball?

Remember if it is a persons name (so the 3rd person) use the er/sie form of the verb. Review how to conjugate 'heißen' and 'kommen.' Make sure you know what these questions mean and how to answer them:

Woher kommst du?
Wie alt bist du?

This is the irregular verb of 'sein' (to be)
ich bin (i am)
du bist (you are)
er/sie ist (he/she is)
wir sind (we are)
ihr seid (ya'll are)
sie sind (they are)
Here are the definite articles too! (that means how the German's say 'the')
der - masculine (ex: der Junge - the boy)
die - feminine (ex: die Frau - the woman)
das - neuter (ex: das Mädchen - the girl)
